Health grain bread

- 1 1/2 c Bread Flour
- 1/4 c Whole-Wheat Flour
- 2 ts Nonfat Dried Milk
- 1 ts Salt
- 2 ts Honey
- 1 tb Applesauce
- 1/4 c Grated or chopped carrots
- 1/4 c Raisins
- 1/4 c Sunflower seeds
- 1/4 c Bran flakes
- 1 tb Wheat germ
- 2 ts Yeast
