Caviar potatoes
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 7 sm New potatoes
- 2 1/2 c Boiling water
- 1/2 c Plus 1 Tbsp. commercial sour
Instructions:
Cream About 2-1/2 tsp. black Caviar About 2-1/2 tsp. gold caviar Drained Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and chill. Slice potatoes crosswise into 1/4 inch slices. Place potato slices on a serving platter. Top each slice with about 3/4 tsp. sour cream and about 1/2 tsp. caviar. Yield: about 3 dozen
