Zucchini w/toasted almonds
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 md Zucchini
- 1/2 tb Olive oil
- 1/2 tb Pressed garlic Salt; to taste
- 1/2 tb Lemon juice
- 3 tb Sliced almonds - pan toasted until golden Slice zucchini lengthwise into 1/4" slices. Stack and cut into 1" squares. Steam until just tender
- 2-3 minutes
Instructions:
