Wheat loaf
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 c Ground seitan mix (see -recipe)
- 1/2 c TVP Egg replacer for 2 eggs
- 1/2 c Carrots; finely grated
- 1/4 c Tomato paste
- 2 tb Tomato paste
Instructions:
Prepare the egg replacer according to package directions. Mix together all the ingredients except for the 2 Tbs of tomato paste. Pack the mixture into a loaf pan and apread the top of the loaf with the 2 tbs tomato paste. Bake at 350 deg for 35 minutes or until firm. Serve with a whole grain bread a cooked vegetable and a salad. Difficult to tell it's not meat. From the files of DEEANNE
