Teriyaki grilled corn
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 tb Brown sugar 2 tb Water
- 1 tb Tomato paste 1 ts Sesame seeds
- 1/4 ts Cornstarch 6 ea Ears fresh corn
Instructions:
Place all ingredients except corn into a pot. Whisk togetehr & bring to a boil stirring constantly. Reduce heat & simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Prepare grill. Husk corn & grill covered for 5 to 10 minutes. When almost done baste with glaze two or three times. PER SERVING: 70 Cal.; 1g Prot.; 0.4g Fat; 15g Carb.; 6mg Sod.; 4g Fiber.
