Tantalizing tempeh dinner
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz Dulse dry
- 3 oz Chickpeas; cooked
- 3 oz Soybean sprouts
- 3 oz Broccoli flowerets; in bite- -size pieces
- 3 oz Tempeh; cut into 1/2-inch -cubes
- 2 tb Soy oil
- 1 ts Onion; minced
- 1 ts Fresh chives; chopped
- 1/4 ts Salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 4 x8 baking pan with soy oil. Soak and rinse dulse 2 or 3 times in cold water. Combine with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to baking pan and bake for 20 minutes. From DEEANNE's recipe files
