Maple-nut bread
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 c Flour
- 1 c Sugar
- 3 ts Baking powder
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 Egg well beaten
- 1 c Milk
- 3/4 ts Maple syrup
- 1 c Chopped nuts
Instructions:
Sift together dry ingredients add milk egg and syrup. Mix only until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in nuts. Pour into well greased loaf pan. Let stand 20 minutes. Bake 1 hour at 350 F.
