Kraut relish
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 16 oz Sauerkraut drained
- 1/2 c Celery -finely chopped
- 1/2 c Green pepper -finely chopped
- 1/2 c Carrot -finely chopp
- 1/2 c Onion -finely choppe
- 1/4 c Sugar
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients; cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. S relish with hot dogs vegetables or meats. Yield: 1-quart.
