Cabbage curry
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tb Oil
- 1 ts Mustard seeds
- 1 ts Urad Dal
- 1 ts Mustard seeds
- 1 ts Urad Dal
- 1 ts Cumin seeds
- 1 Green Chili
- 1 c Mixed vegetables
- 1 md Cabbage Salt; to taste
- 1 pn Turmeric
Instructions:
Heat oil mustard seeds Urad Dal cumin seeds and green chili. Roast for a few seconds. Add mixed vegetables and cabbage. Sprinkle salt and turmeric. Cook on high heat for a couple of minutes then cover and cook on low until done. Rajeev Krishnamoorthy rajeev@twain.EE.CORNELL.EDU
