Zucchini casserole
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 c Zucchini; sliced 2 ts Parsley
- 1 c Bisquick 1/2 ts Salt
- 4 Eggs; beaten 1/2 ts Garlic powder
- 1/2 c Onion; chopped 1/2 ts Oregano
- 1/2 c Cheese; grated 8 oz Mozzerella cheese
- 1/2 ts Veg. oil
Instructions:
Mix all except Mozzerella cheese well. Place in well-greased 13x9. Top with either shredded Mozzerella or Mozzerella slices. Bake in 350 oven for 40 minutes.
