Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3/4 c Mayonnaise
- 2 ts Olives -- green minced
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 1 ts Capers; drained -- minced
- 1/2 ts Lemon rind grated
- 1 sm Egg; cooked hard -- peeled
- 1 tb Parsley -- finely minced Finely chopped
- 2 ts Scallion -- green and white
Instructions:
Salt and pepper to taste Finely minced Tiny pinch curry powder Beat the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and rind. Fold in the remaining ingredients seasoning to taste.
