Tangy green beans
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cn String beans -- (15 1/2 oz Cans) Bacon strips -- halved Sauce:
- 3 tb Butter
- 1 tb Vinegar
- 1 tb Tarragon vinegar
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts Paprika
- 1 tb Parsley -- chopped
- 1 ts Onion -- grated
Instructions:
Drain beans. Wrap beans in bacon about 6-7 beans in a piece of bacon. Secure with toothpick. Broil until bacon is done. Combine ingredients for sauce and bring to a boil. Pour hot sauce over beans and serve. Recipe By : Telephone Pioneers - MS chapter
