Nut raisin bread ( mrs. lyons' recipe)
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 c Flour
- 1 c Sugar
- 4 ts Baking powder
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 1/2 c Milk
- 1 ea Egg
- 1 c Walnuts chopped
- 1 c Raisins
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients add milk and beaten egg then nuts and raisins.Put in greased loaf pan and let stand 20 minutes. Bake 1 hour in 350 oven if using pyrex pan 375 oven if using metal pan.
