Light lemon pudding with raspberries
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c skim milk
- 1 c lowfat lemon yogurt
- 2 TB honey
- 1 ts vanilla
- 3 1/2 oz package instant lemon
Instructions:
: pudding & pie filling : Fresh raspberries Mix milk and yogurt in bowl with electric mixer. Add pie filling honey and vanilla. Beat on low until thickened. Chill covered 1 hour to thicken.
