Healthy oatmeal cookies
Yield: 18 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 c Oatmeal (flour)
- 1/2 c Oatmeal
- 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
- 1 c Sucanat* (granulated cane Juice)
- 1 c Shredded coconut
- 3 tb Featherweight* (baking Powder)
- 1 ts Salt Optional
- 1 c Chopped walnuts
- 1 c Raisins
- 4 tb Water
- 2 ts Vanilla extract
- 1/2 c Honey (raw)
- 1 16 oz. can pineapple
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In large bowl combine all dry ingredients. 3. In blender mix water vanilla extract honey and pineapple. Add to above contents. 4.
