Herb-smoked potatoes
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tb Olive oil
- 1/4 ts Liquid smoke
- 16 Red new potatoes -cut in half
- 1 tb Rosemary
Instructions:
minced Black pepper -to taste Combine the oil and liquid smoke. Add to the potatoes with the pepper and rosemary. Stir until potatoes are well coated. Wrap the potatoes in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven 25 minutes or until tender. Serve warm or at room temperature.
