Garlicky mushrooms
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Sliced mushrooms
- 4 tb Olive oil
- 7 lg Cloves fresh garlic sliced
- 3 tb Chopped parsley
Instructions:
Salt and pepper to taste Saute mushrooms in olive oil covered about 15 minutes. Uncover; add garlic parsley salt and pepper. Simmer until liquid evaporates. Do not let garlic brown. Serve and enjoy.
