Easy corn puff
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 20 oz Frozen Corn or chopped -Broccoli
- 1 c Bisquick Baking Mix
- 1 c Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 c Cheddar Cheese
Instructions:
shredded -(about 4 ozs.) Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Butter 5-cup souffle dish or 1 1/2-quart round casserole. Cook corn as directed on package; drain. Beat Baking Mix milk eggs and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in corn and cheese. Pour into souffle dish. Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean about 1 hour. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
