Easy hummus
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cn Chick peas
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 3 tb Lemon juice
- 4 tb Tahini (sesame seed paste)
Instructions:
Drain half the liquid out of the can of chick peas. Put all the ingredients into a mixers and mix on high stirring occasionally until it is a creamy paste consistency.
