Cabbage wedges
Yield: 6 sweet ones
Ingredients:
- 1 sm Head green cabbage; 1 tb Onion; finely chopped -cut into 6 wedges (1 lb) 1/4 ts Salt;
- 1 tb Sugar; 3/4 ts Celery seed;
- 3 tb White vinegar; 1/4 ts Ground ginger; Heat 1" salted water (1/2 ts salt to 1 c water) to boiling in 10" skillet. Add cabbage. Cover and heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer until crisp-tender
- 15 to 20 minutes. Remove to serving platter with slotted
Instructions:
