Baked potato casserole (m_c-tx)
Yield: 10 Servings
Ingredients:
- 5 lg Potatoes cooked and diced
- 6 Slices bacon cooked and -crumbled
- 1 1/2 lb Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pt Sour cream
- 2 Bunches chopped green
Instructions:
-onions (sauteed in -bacon grease) Salt and pepper to taste Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole and bake 30 minutes at 325 . Serves 10-12.
