Anna m. stamplecoskie's potato dumplings
Yield: 15 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c Raw potatoes Salt to taste
- 1 c Flour Cream
- 4 1/2 qt Water
Instructions:
Grate potatoes finely. Squeeze dry in a clean cloth. Add flour and mix well with potatoes. Bring water to the boil and add salt. Make little balls of the flour/potato mix.
